IPFS is based on the system of the content addressed storage which means that the content us addressed by it’s hash whereas it was previously addressed on it’s location. Users are looking for the more reliable platform to look for the latest news and the platforms to buy the Bitcoin for example web 2.0 and web 1.0 doesn’t allow much to do so but the web 3.0 do differently on these searches it uses the searches of the already present user and look for the most relevant searchs to bring the people more beneficial results and give them the 100% facts based results.
